How to Motivate Yourself…..

I was introduced to self-help books early in life. I thank the person who did do so, for it opened up my eyes and brain. I found out early that I was good in sales. So that was my chosen profession. Little did I know it would be so detrimental to my health. I end up in a high pressure sales position.  But, that is the price you pay working for Corporate America making close to $50,000 a year.

I love self-help books, motivational books and emails. It makes me feel good, makes me a little more self-confident and it usually puts a smile on my face.

Every-so-often, we need some encouragement and motivation to get us through a tough day. The new company, Be Motivated Today motivates and encourages you through PEP-Talks, videos and more.

Here’s a taste:

You are incredible!

You are incredible! You’re smart, resourceful and capable. You add value to your company and those around you. You love to smile and you like helping people. You have awesome potential. You have goals that you reach. You make a positive difference in the lives of others. You know you’re not perfect, but you try. You face challenges and you overcome them. You work hard. You love to win and today you’ll show the world that you are a Winner.

And you get these weekly, sometimes monthly, but they make my day. However, after finding this website, I discovered that there was a way to make money with them and I liked what I saw.

A way to generate a  passive income with no risk and very little work…. Yeah, right I thought and rather skeptically I tried it and the results took me by surprise. They were telling the truth. When I saw the system actually working, I knew I’d found something special.

I was also reassured when I discovered they’re a registered, South African company with a two-year history of helping people create passive in.come.

A simple system, no selling or recruiting.
Fully Automated. The highest pay-out in the world.

I have had enormous fun building my passive income with this system. I work on it when I want, night or day.  It’s not a get rich scheme by no means, but if you keep at it, it will build you a passive income.

In these days and times, any extra money helps. I know for me it helps with these darn high electric bills.

So, if you’re interested in having a new recurring income without recurring work, visit my website at

Let me know what you think!  All comments welcomed. Be nice now. 🙂

You’ll be surprised. These guys are different. They give you $50 (+-R360) worth of products, services and even cash just for signing up on their free trial. I was impressed.

I found out….

Age-standardised disability-adjusted life year...

Well, I found out again, that I am not invincible! I committed to blogging at least once a week and I have let myself down. But, I do have an excuse.

First, I had a Lupus flare.  Still not sure what defines as a Lupus “flare”.  That is still out to debate.  I just know what happens to me. Swollen feet and ankles with slight pain. Pain and stiffness in all my joints. More than usual. I wake up daily with the stiffness. Thank You Mr. RA!  When you are in pain it cause depression. More so in some than others. When I get this way, I don’t want to do much of anything, but sleep.  Lupies need lots of sleep. One of the symptoms of Lupus is chronic fatigue.  Most of my friends and family understand this, but it sure does interfere with my blogging and networking.

So today is a New Day and a good day for a New Beginning. Weekly blogging starts today. Yeah! I do have some good stuff to post. I believe that others deserve my views and reviews. Especially when it comes with dealing with Lupus. I am a survivor. I could have died in 2003. I had gangrene with my first flare. When Lupus raised its ugly head. I was diagnosed with Lupus, Reynaud’s Disease, Vasculitis, and RA. Well that’s enough, isn’t it. 🙂  It took the doctors 5 days to diagnose me. I thank God everyday for the University of Virginia Medical Hospital. I checked in with gangrene already in progress. It affected my two pointer fingers and the first and fourth digits on my left foot. Talking about Pain. Like no other I’ve ever experienced before. Nothing can describe it other than a “burning” feeling. They told me that the toes and fingers would just “Fall Off”. Can you imagine? Having to sit and watch your fingers and toes just rot away? The doctors told me that they could just cut them off, but that would not get rid of ALL the pain. Have you ever heard of phantom pain? It’s so real. It’s been 8 years now and I still have them. I still even try to pick up something with the assist of the pointer finger and it just don’t work like it use to.

Well that is just a brief look inside of my disease and what I have gone through. My goal is to help others who have Lupus or other diseases with my experiences and knowledge.

Now, back to the Yoga!  I haven’t been doing my exercises like I should these last couple of weeks. But today is the beginning of a New week. My overall Goal,  in this area, is to do my Yoga at least 2x a week. It’s in writing; It’s posted on my bulletin board. Soon to be copied and placed around the house.
